I Lead
I've grown teams and scaled orgs from 6 to 35, managing managers and staff-level
engineers. Since then, I've refocused on healthtech, most recently leading teams
at Rula. I've turned around stalled delivery engines, shipped initiatives worth
millions in revenue impact, and replaced estimation theater with real ownership
and predictable delivery practices.
I came up through the code, with over a decade of hands-on experience in
software engineering, and I still think in systems, even though I don't aspire
to write code every day anymore. I build orgs where engineers do the best work
of their careers, and where the org itself is a product that gets better over
time.
If you're building something interesting, my inbox is always open.

I Coach
I'm not a life coach. I won't spend our time together asking "now, how does that
make you feel?". Coaching people through leveling up, taking on more
scope, surviving a head-scratching org change? This is what I do every day for
the managers and engineers on my own teams.
You don't have to be on my team to get that same attention. You just have to pay
me for it (sorry 🙃). But if you want to get there faster? Reach out.
